We offer a full refund on all new products, provided they are returned in their original condition within the return period.
Return Shipping Costs
✅ Free returns for orders over €50
For orders with a total value above €50, Vestima Dublin covers all return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label to use for sending the item back.
✅ Orders under €50
For orders under €50, you are free to choose your own return shipping method, including cheaper or slower options. In this case, Vestima Dublin does not cover the return shipping costs.
Deadline for Return Requests
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received your order.
After this period, returns can no longer be accepted.
Warranty for Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange, depending on your preference.
Return Procedure

Send an email to contact@vestimadublin.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2️⃣ Approval
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label (if applicable) which you can print and attach to the parcel.
3️⃣ Return form
Include the completed return form inside the package. Returns without a return form may not be processed.
4️⃣ Shipping the parcel
Send the package according to the instructions provided. Depending on the situation, you may be asked to drop it off at a pickup point or arrange a courier collection.
Refunds
Refunds are processed as soon as the parcel has been scanned by the shipping carrier and the return shipment has been confirmed.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
